One day I will get around to adding some proper background here. We've been traveling when we could a bit at a time for more than 50 years now. I created the site so that we could share some of photos and stories. I keep adding pages from some new trips as well as some of the early trips. We've been on a lot of planes. I'm an Engineer and I like numbers so I thought I'd jot down some specs here now (and I try to update the numbers after each trip). Not including flights that we took separately for work etcetera we've taken off 299 times to date. Fortunately we've had the same number of safe landings. The total distance is 732857 +/- kms or 17.96 times around the earth at the equator. Using average airspeeds that works out to 50.9 days or 7.3 weeks in the air. Hmmm!
